Inspired by Tantric Yoga, Awakening Bliss Yoga encompasses advanced pranayama, bandhas, yoga asana, affirmations, music meditation and free movement to induce an embodied experience of bliss. This energizing practice could include a gentle flow, long held poses and inversions. Though modifications will be offered, this class is not appropriate from those recovering from physical injuries. Perfect for those experiencing lethargy, mild depression or seasonal effective disorder and anyone wanting to deepen their connection with their Divine Nature and experience life through an uplifted consciousness.
